I can but, um, try to keep it simple last time I did one the person did not like it all that much (did know that anime). It's best if its your own character not related to any certain type of anime (naruto is one)but I can do some like inuyasha, ranma,Tokyo Mew Mew and a few others even Hellsing just not Naruto. Just email me at mm10987@mindspring.com. From there you can give me what you want and in what medium(color pencils, paint, etc.) Also please give a complete decreption like eye color, sex, skin tone, hair, etc.
