Psychodelic Rainfall

Description

This is a new drawing I created of an African American woman with many tattoos who is using psychic powers to summon rainfall & what have you.

The background is mainly coloring using markers & a few colored pencils. I wasn't easy to draw this & I have to say I'm very proud of this drawing.
