This Jolt.
She's a character I created for a contest on Deviantart.com for the new movie splice. I don't expect to win anything but though it would be a fun Idea just to give it a shot.
In any case you can most like take a guess what her power is (or at lest on of them that is.)
She's also has water based powers but I won't get into too much of it.
I drew the character using:ink,colored pencils and lastly using Photoshop and a dash of MS paint for touch ups.
