Lemon transmogrification

This is a picture I drew for a contest on DeviantArt. It took me 6 days of work, a lot longer than I expected. The contest was about eating lemons and the expression of the characters that ate the lemons.

The title of this picture is called: 'Lemon transmogrification.' It features a woman sitting in her house while it's raining outside; inside her house it's dull and gray.

She picks up a lemon, then eats the lemon which transmogrifies her turning her dull, gray world upside down, feeling it with color. I used pencil, pens, watercolors, culpit markers, and a bit of gouache here and there.
