Backround coloring looks a bit rushed here, but I asume it's not the focus of the picture. Try actualy having the color represent fire in shape too. On the figure, I love it much. Her expression is awsome, and I want that dress.

Brilliant^.^That's a great pose, and the hands are fantastic.
The dress is very good, too...^_^
The colouring might be a bit cold for what you want, though... If that makes sense...~.~;
