Gary Owens sadly passed in 2015, so I'm late, very. :/
But Gary was a fantastic voice actor among many other things, he for me is known for the voice of 'Command Ulysses Feral', commonly just referred to as 'Feral' or 'Commander Feral'. From my all time favourite cartoon show/anything ever, 'SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron.'
