actually... not kakashi... one of the guys with the spike chain thingy that attacked kakashi the ones from the puddle

umumumumum......... umm..... from here it looks like Kakashi! But still, it is very blurry and hard to tell... (besides that hair)but maybe you should fix the blurryness problem...
