Oi...I've got to have more variety in my OCs...>.>....Anyway, this is Kagami, I intended to do a fanfic for Naruto, but alas, I've ditched the idea, seeing how I can never keep up with series fast enough and I'm just plain lazy. XD...

Anyway, I don't really like this picture much, but eh...I couldn't stand being unproductive...

I didn't really want to add shine to the hair, seeing how it could ruin the nice detail I put into it...I gotta stop drawing individual strands into the hair so much...It gets in the way of adding shine...-_-...

Dont worry. The hair looks good. :D I think it's an actual technique or style not to add shine to the hair dependant on the character. Either way, I think it adds to the picture.
The outfit looks great. :) I myself am personally unable to make Naruto OCs. ...They all end up looking like Sakura, somehow. >.<;
