Yes, a much better picture, I say of Rei Tomiko, the red line on her head is a ribbon tieing her hair up. Shading failed again T.T the background is her favorite colors, green, black and red ^^ her in chibi and normal form.

All my art is done in MS paint and then maybe be shaded in PSP 4 the only art I've posted that is made with pencil is the uncolored ones.
