I like her. She has great additude. You did a nice job on the clothing, and coloring. It seems to me you could have done more with her bag than just slap a gradient on it. The background arm's perspective seems a bit off. We're seeing her body in 3/4, but you have that arm in profile.
Other than that, it's a cool little piece. Kudos!
