This is an awesome pic! Really captures the essence of Phoenix, 'specially the costume. The only thing I can nitpick at was already stated by DemonaHHH, the outlines look jagged. Other than that, awesome job!

It's nice how the colors match, but the lines look jagged on the black outlining.

Really good picture, I really like the floating hair^^ And the phoenix costume design is really good!
