Description
I believe - and hope - that the Once-ler is Ted's grandpa. This is how I imagine Grammy Norma in her youth. On one hand, I think she looked more like her daughter and POSSIBLE SPOILER AHEAD the photo that can be spotted in the Once-ler's house in the end looks like what could very well be a young Norma, as it looks very similar to Ted's mum.

On the other hand, I started developing this design before i noticed it. Plus, this is easier to draw. I swear I just keep making her cuter...
