I like how it's all B&W except for the red on the pokeballs. The style fits with the anime, and the outfit is also very pokemon trainer-y. The texture on the outfit is also well done. As far as structure goes, methinks the head might be a tad too big and the legs could be a bit shorter. It would be alright for a female because they have longer legs and shorter bodies compared to males. Hands could always use some work, but they take lots of practice. One thing that might help would be drawing the body before you put the clothes on, if you don't do that already. The position of the legs looks kinf of out-of-sync with the shoes, is all.
Overall, I think you did a super special awesome job, especially if you're a beginer! =D
