Good job with the expressions, although the sad looks a bit more like mysterious to me. Maybe you should try having her bite her lip in that kind of expression if her eyes are going to be hidden, ya know?

Anyway. Everything looks nice, but... may I suggest something? XD The top of the hat looks a bit... phallic-y... is there a different way you could draw it?
