Happy Birthday Vincent

 Okay, this was inspired by Vincent's birthday this year, which happens to fall on Friday the thirteenth. It's theme is 13 and luck. Oh, and yes, I do know there are two separate light sources, and no, I don't care.
  I put alto of hidden stuff in here, so I'll give you a list of the stuff in no particular order:
-the Roman numerals XIII and VII for 13 and 7.
-the name of the thirteenth moon of Jupiter, Elara, in the sign in the background.
-the binary number for thirteen, 1101
-on the second building, the address D 15 11 are thirteen in Hexadecimal, Octal, and Duodecimal, respectively.
-the people having a picnic on the hill, because on the thirteenth day of the Persian New Year it's considered bad luck to stay home, so they have picnics.
-On the sign with the date, you can see Jason's mask from Friday the 13th.
