I don't actually ever use Xianghua, but.. I really like her costume designs for some reason. I dunno.. maybe it's that tiny bit of me that's Chinese or something. Or something. <br />
I didn't have my computer for a bit.. so I actually used real media for once O.O Then, when I got it back, I lost my scanner... and now.. I have no Photoshop. <br />

The pencils bit has to do with using pencils rather than cg-ing it like I would normally do. <br />Thanks^^

By the way on a side note go to google, research for ABC Client..(actually type ABC Client in Google), then go to www.suprnova.org and look for your application of desire..find it and click on it..and you shall download it :). Very nice. I love it, perfect eyes...but what the hell does tis beautiful painting has to do with pencils? That is the only thing I dont get about your picture. Good job.
