Old Pic: Peeka-Blue Redesign

My take: When you look at the old Princess of Power figures, most of the girls' uniforms have pretty much the same design. Peeka-Blue's is probably the closest to the orignal. As for the feathers, let's just say never steal from anyone called the Peacock king.
