Old Pic: Frosta Redesign

I remember liking her a lot as a kid. Must've been all the blue (something my mom would often dress me in). Since Frosta is the mistress of ice and cold, I went with more of an ice elemental look and wanted her to appear somewhat regal (hence the blue skin and dress.)
