Food stains, a darkened note (just ignore that), and a random picture at the bottom. I am serious when I say you can play this on Zelda! The 64 versions anyway. / This took my approx. 10 minutes to translate my Beatles music book into Ocarina notes using my handy-dandy.. Guidebook! (which I purchased after beating Ocarina of Time. After!).
It's simple. On the notes with a small dot after it, you hold it longer.
I can play this and "Eight Days a Week" by heart. ^^ Can you? -.o

^^ Wow, I tried figuring out songs on te ocarina of Zelda 64 once, but I couldn't get past the first three notes! I really like "Yesterday" too. ^-^ I'm gonna go bug my brother to try this now.lol And the guy in the corner's cute. ^o^
