BET YOU ALL THOUGHT GOD WOULD BE TEACHING THE ANGELS. No, this is St. Michael, the Archangel who defeated Satan in his uprising.
While Satan begins with "memento mori", St. Michael begins with "Quis ut deus?" which is a literal translation of his name which means "Who is like God?". A rhetoric question posed to Satan, and the answer is 'nothing' as he is humble servant of holy lord .
Satan teaches the devils which are the 7 Deadly Sins, while St. Michael teaches a choir of virtues (choirs are how angels are organised, refer to the hierarchy of angels please). The 7 heavenly virtues have very tentative designs so they're going to sit down and wait for me to draw them.
His apron has a lot of meanings I guess. Look up crosses (I forgot what that one is called lol). Also while Satan's apron says "I HATE FISH", St. Michael's say "I HATE SNAKES".

Look at all the inconsistent lineart lol. I hate drawing the
good guys, they are so lame. I'll go back to drawing devils
in short shorts. Next lesson will make more sense I hope.
