Description
Glowing fellow alert! I always thought neon was chartreuse yellow
but it's actually colourless unless in certain conditions. Even so,
it'll be giving off a reddish-orange glow. There's neon in stars as well!

He actually had a lot more eyeburn accessories but I wantedto simplify his colour palette. :'|
