Yes, Netflix is doing a reboot of the She-Ra series, to be released sometime this fall, though the leaked pic which has been circulating has not gone down to well.

dang Netflix shows only are annoying i prefer tv on tv or at least having a choice since you pay for net and tv why should we have to pay extra to watch tv for credit?

TV programs are mainly paid for by advertisements, as Netflix does not rely on advertisers (otherwise ads every 5 minutes during programs), it is paid for by subscriptions and individual program sales, plus members pretty much universally have said they would leave if ads did appear. That said, I mish another studio such as Marvel was in on the new She-Ra, as their Netflix shows do get DVD/Blu-Ray releases, whereas Netflix only produced shows rarely get any shop shelve DVD/Blu-Ray releases... I'm waiting for a great deal many of them too :(
