I don't remember iris, mainly because i've only played X1-3, i take it she came later in the series?

Wow, they should have made an Iris reference in the Megaman Zero series. That would have been awesome!

reminds me of Iris, only slightly in appearance.
She's got a hat, a long, low-tie ponytail with hair on the sides of her face, and a lengthy dress-like uniform with lines across the chest.

don't forget the obsession with plush toys. but prairie always reminded me more of whats-her-face you would always see walking around Resistance base in the Zero games. Alouette, I believe her name was?

Well yes, I believe it's been stated in interviews with the game creators that Praire IS Alouette, a change of appearance and name to protect her.(being an older model reploid she could be retired for it)
