This is Deito. C:
Deito is a spirit who was made human in order to inform humans of the spirits.
When he arrives he's nakey and he doesn't talk because spirits communicate through thought so he thinks everyone can hear his thoughts. A family takes him in and he has to adapt to normal human life, etc.
Yes, this is inspired by Kyle XY if you're familiar with the show. :\
