History: The younger brother of SAW-Viper John Helmsley aka Sidewinder, he was going to be taken into the foster care system after his parents died. Fearful of being separated from his brother, John joined COBRA and kidnapped Jamie away from a potentially abusive foster home. Now settled in on Cobra Island as the foster son of Chaplain, he’s caught the eye of Wild Weasel who’s taken him as an apprentice.
