The best Cut

playing with my gbc y have the urge to draw this, probably most people doesn't know what is this or from what game, even if they know the game, it doesn't look like this... =P, so, if anyone knows the title, the attack being used here(my favorite in look, thats why i draw it), and/or the names of these "monsters", i'll draw something for him, or some other thing, i don't know... ^_^
