Challenge 2 - Love

"It's okay, sis... It doesn't hurt..."

Challenge 2: Love, finished.

It took me a while to figure out what to do for Love, I thought about drawing a kissing couple but everyone else would be doing that. The I thought about these two.

Ren and Jun. Out of everyone in their family, they seem like the only two who actually love each other. Their family is so full of hate. And they are the only ones who care for each other. Here they are comforting each other after Ren fell victim to his father's violence once again. Jun is actually the one who needs comforting, it would seem...

Jun is supposed to be 10 in this pic... and Ren is whatever age corresponds to Jun being 10... =P

This took so long for me to do. I actually drew this four times. No comprende? Here's what happened:

*I draw this picture* Hmmmmm... NO! Unacceptable! I can do better! *I erase the entire thing* *I start again, except this time I give up a little before I finish* GOD! Stupid stupid stupid... *I erase the picture again* Okay let's try this AGAIN... *I draw the outline and I screw up so much I decide to take a break from drawing this picture*
~a couple weeks later~
*sitting outside with different sketchbook* Hmm what to draw... what... to... draaaaawwww... Well I could try that Love picture again... Sure whatever it's not like it's gunna turn out any better... *I draw this* Hm! That's okay. Finally. *I scan it, color it, blah blah blah* *I flip through the other sketchbook and find the outline* GAAAAH DESTRY THE EVILNESSSSSSSSSSSSSS *erase*
