OK. :)I like his coat/cape and the glow around his necklace.
And I figured it was your art, the confusion was that sometimes people make up characters which are fan-characters, like making up new hedgehogs in for the Sonic world or a new elf who lives in Tolkien's Middle Earth, that kind of thing, and "fan-art character" made me wonder if he was one of those. :)
