The background story is that the guys from Foster's are going to Corpus Christi, TX, thanks to the invitation of the local Home for imaginary friends. They have to go on Road 37, that goes through the city of San Antonio, just like Road 35, that leads to the Mexican border at Laredo (and where Mary has to get and step the border later on...).
