as mentioned in http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-817012.html i intended to draw a full body picture of my main bleach oc's zanpakuto spirit manifested from the zanpakuto rebellion. technically konran can take this form whenever she wishes and appears in this form several times throughout yugana's life however the form she takes most often, is the normal pure white nine-tailed fox that i drew in my very first bleach drawing with the original design of yugana. seen here http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-813839.html

character description: konran normally looks like a pure white nine tailed fox with blue markings on her face and glowing green eyes. her personality is calm and wise, and she is not easily angered. she is often very quiet preferring to not speak unless she has a reason to. however she also has a slightly naughtier side making witty comebacks or tricking someone as a joke. but that side rarely is seen. konran often was seen watching over yugana in the night when yugana was very young. especially during the one month that she spent in the rukongai with hisagi. however, like most shinigami, yugana did not start getting dreams from konran until she was older. during the zanpakuto rebellion, konran is often seen with a personality similar to gin ichimaru's often times being a bit creepy as she enjoyed confusing others with her illusions. but when she got serious such as in battles, she would be much less cocky and much more ruthless , staying silent and using stealth and fears to get the upper hand.
