awww, Have faith, I know you think that your drawings really suck (and though I hate to sound so awfully conceited they are a lot worse than mine (like you said in your comment on my profile)) but you're really improoving already in between the first drawing and yuor latest. You have you keep practicing and note what you did wrong the first time. Drawing is one of those things that it takes a while to get good at and sometimes you just don't have the talent for it no matter how hard you try.
That's a pretty skirt ^_^. If you want some pointers, try making the shoulders a little smaller and the stomache a little shorter.
