It's very cute ^^
Anywho,
one, the egg seems to be a bit deep for the dragon, and also shouldn't -logically- be standing up.
Two. The wings are very fake looking, and though the head is almost passable, the angle at which it is presented seems off.
Three, the forelegs are looking a bit short as well as off alignment. The dragon's right foreleg isn't seen at all.
