Awesome 5

This picture shows my first original cartoon characters who are not based on any other shows on tv or magazines. I drew them on 2003 and called the rock group "Awesome 5". It's not like that they are really good! No, it's just the fact that they are not popular and if they would be they probably would not be adored as far as I can say about them. I'll also draw comics about the band and their way to fame but I first have to finish my other stuff from my old archive.

Awesome 5 characteristics in short:

- Lee Jean (22) is the lead singer from Awesome 5 and loves to wear everything that has stripes on it. Well, except for animalskins... ;)
- Miho Tsukino (20) is the lead guitarist from Awesome 5 and best friend of Lee Jean. She's smart and strong at the same time, so beware of her if you try to mock her. ;)
- Alan Tsukino (23) is the guitarist from Awesome 5 and older brother of Miho Tsukino. His favourite pastime is skateboarding, breakdancing and playing videogames.
- Dan Muller (24) is the drummer from Awesome 5 and always keen on trying something new, no matter how strange or dangerous it may be.
- Vince Rijnswand (24) is the bassist from Awesome 5 and represents peace, love and harmony at the same time. But his mood is mostly depressive so you might call him an emo-hippie. ;) *lol*

As you can see this is going to be a comedy. :)
2003: I first drew it, then painted with indian ink.
2006: Then I scanned it and edited in Adobe Photoshop.
