Than did the linework with Illlustrator and paint it with Photoshop.
Smithers and Mr. Burns are having troubles with their car.
The red light district is right before the "One night stan's" club, a gay club. The gay people around the club seem to have interest for the two.
Two homes after the club is the bakery where Smithers buys his bread.
