I think the picture is very nice...I love the soft coloring ^_^ and the background XD

Suggestions for improvement...I would say perhaps a wider range of values, as in perhaps more darker color on the clothes part, because it kind of look a little flat, 2-D.

Other than that, it's very good. love the eyes ^____^
