billy and me

i drew it because i totally love billy and he is the best looking character in the re series and i cant draw his tattoo so forget he has one ok, unless some1 wants to draw it for me. i know it doesn't look anything like me but its a try and its the first time i drew billy and i know their hair is spikey but i drew it anime style because i cant draw billy or me realistically well i havent tried but i will try after i coloured em in enjoy
