As with your Ami pic, I can hardly believe this is a first attempt! I admire your skill with markers... Every time I tried with them, my art sucked. You also seem to have some skill with this animation style, BTW. It looks easy, but when you actually try doing it yourself, you realize it can be quite hard... Anyway, this looks great!
