Yuiko from Loveless. I love her! she's dumbish but so cute! C: I know, I forgot her necklace thingy... I drew this before I saw the anime. This was a wip for a very, very long time. I hadn't been able to finish it because of school, I'm really happy with it though. Ummm... I used mostly traditional media, prismas and a white gel pen. border/b-fly/sparklies done with corel painter9. C:
