He's spiffy! I like the flaming tail and hair idea--very neat. Two suggestions: His torso is too thin. He looks slight anorexic. Also, try to round out his calves and thighs a bit. They have some slope to them, but are generally straight. If you make them a bit rounder, they'll look more natural.Awesome character design! Keep it coming!
