Well, I decided to change my coloring style a little and make it more 'shiny'. But I think I might have made it /too/ shiny. DX (AH! It BURNS!) It's ugly isn't it? :'D
In case you're wondering who this is, its Hikari, from the newest season of Pokemon(At least, I think. ._.). And the female lead character in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. -wants it sooo bad- :3

Edit: Fixed it up a little, cause the direction of her eyes kinda bugged me. Tell me if it still looks weird, please.
