Sgt Savage vs General Blitz

The showdown at the end of the one shot animated special Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles. A sort of spin-off of G.I.Joe. Savage was the first Joe I know of that actully had super powers. Every time he used them his eyes glowed as in this picture.
