My copy of a German Expressionist Portrait

Does it count as high quality? I mean it's the first work that I've finished but I wouldn't say it was high quality...And yes, it's supposed to look completely weird and strange. I did it with biro and never took the pen off the page until I was absolutely finished, gives it a strangeness about it don't you think?
