1. No chapters in Homestuck.2. The mayor is a recurring character, therefore there is no way to refer to any particular "chapter" and have people understand what you're referring to.
3. In context of both Homestuck and the Mayor, your comment makes no sense.

...Sorry?I was referring to...the part of the Homestuck series where I remember him freaking out over his can city, and I was connecting that to him "doing his best" in the comedic way.
