I guess I've missed this one earlier, or at least I don't remember whether it was aired on CN Europe or not.
But it looks cool and I like the idea of transforming Goliath from a dog into a mutant lion :)

I have few memories of this cartoon, however recall a young man with a dog walking on motorcycle, to detect danger he touches her bracelets and turns into a strong and fearless warrior transforming your dog in a super lion!

This would explain, where did the Japanese from Takara get idea for Godmaster Bracelets in their anime "Transformers: Masterforce".
