Inspired by the artist drawing Rob Joseph.
I remember waking up at 8 o'clock in the morning to watch this drawing weekly broadcast on TV Globo. The eyes do not have the effect I expected, but it was worth the attempt.

Looks cool, but the eyes really look weird this way.
Maybe it could be better for depicting him winking if one of his eyes was closed while the other was opened.
I know that your intention was to depict the motion of winking, but it only works well at animations, like if this was an animgif.
But it can be defined the way Falconlobo mentioned (so he's giving a stink eye to a villain), and then his look is okay :)

Thanks! Well noticed! If I had one of the closed eyes portray the impression I wanted to give the drawing, .... I will stay with the definition set out by Falconlobo (so he's giving the stink eye to the villain)!
