my sister said this picture looks kinky cause he's all chained up, but I swear it just came out like this.
this picture is actually about Kira's past. he was raised in a military base and never met his parents. Kira was treated badly and thats why he has a split-personality. blah blah I explain more later. its kinda late right now.
