yay!! a world history art thingee....we needed to make a political cartoon of something that happened during the revolutions occurring in either 1830 or 1848. this is a pic of a saying by a guy named Metternich. He said, "When France sneezes, Europe catches cold." in other words, if something happens in/to France, all of Europe is affected.
