Ugh. You know what? I hate this picture. I completely bypassed the phase where I check the anatomy to make sure it's even, and just went ahead and detailed without thinking. Then I passed up my last chance to fix it and I inked it. And it's horrible.
The head was fine being too big, but the huge hand, the botched forearm and elbow, and the inconsistant armlength just... ugh. I'm sorry, Bullsnake. I'll probably try again, but this is what I meant when I said I'm in a block. Arrrgh! No one's hand is as big as their forearm!
I want to color it anyway, but this is really awful. This will be going down. I despise this. I was so proud of the sketch, and then...

Seems like an interesting concept with him though.. It probably wouldn't be too hard to fix up the proportions if you redrew it.Well, I'll save all my comments for when you have something you're satisfied with posted ^^
