Did you use a scanner and paint it on the computer? Because I have the same problem- little white dots appear everywhere. I use Paint Shop Pro to get rid of them so it might help you! Very cute drawing though!Blue Fairy

the pikcahu itself looks so cute!!! but i think that you should have left it a pencil drawing or worked on the coloring...
