wheeee. my charrie turned zeon koda!! i haven't drawn him in a long long time. ^_____________^ i did good on this one. well i think so. i'm getting better at photoshop!!

i've tried it i keep painting the background with the selected color even when i change the tolerance level to one. same for the magic wand.

maybe you should retrace the lines on your pics. if there's a gap in the lines it will paint the background. after you retrace the lines scan then make the tolarance darker. afterword use the magnifying glass to see if there any gaps. then color that's what i do though i have a setting on my scanner where it automatically makes the lines black.
